Doctor of Business Administration · Academic Programme Framework
DBA Chief Executive Officer
Organisation Management
The DBA Chief Executive Officer framework examines organisational management as an integration of management science, strategic theory and executive leadership practice. Its original 2026 curriculum comprises twelve modules, covering corporate strategy, governance, people, organisational transformation, performance, innovation, digitalisation, sustainability, international business, crisis management, executive development and an integrative final research project.
Programme Overview
The programme seeks to develop senior leaders capable of systems thinking, sound strategic judgement, research-based decision-making and responsible organisational transformation. It combines the critical examination of theories with comparative international cases and applied research problems, encouraging participants to devise their own approaches rather than reproduce standardised solutions.

Programme Purpose
The original framework integrates management science, strategic leadership and an applied research orientation. It is addressed to experienced chief executives, senior managers, business owners, public-sector leaders, consultants and researchers seeking to analyse organisational management with greater scientific depth.
Its stated objectives include strategic and systems thinking; corporate governance; the development of people and organisational culture; innovation and technology adoption; sustainability and social responsibility; international management; crisis preparedness; and the ethical maturity of the chief executive.
The 2026 source presentation describes an online, twelve-month educational model in its Russian-language localisation. This page presents the academic curriculum as an intellectual framework, not an offer of direct teaching or qualification delivery by the Academy.
Structure and Full Curriculum
The twelve original modules are reproduced in their source order, with all seventy-two thematic chapters, their study focus and the international cases selected in the 2026 programme document. Open each module to explore its complete chapter structure.
